'57 Twin RI. It's simply the smoothest, silkiest amp I've ever played through. I used to own a '63 Princeton Reverb (which I should've never gotten rid of) and it was pretty fine as well, though not a '50s Fender.

Neil Young swears by the old '50s Deluxes so I suppose they'd probably be worth considering as well.
