I knew the paypal only was coming sooner or later way back when ebay bought paypal. Holding peoples money like that makes a nice "float" for 21 days, probably have it in a 7-14-or 21 day interest earning account. Lots of bux to be made from that. ebay jumped the shark 2 or 3 years ago with the fee increase.
