Just a word of caution from personal experience:
Think carefully before you post to this thread. I know somebody who was pulled into a CEO's office, shown a post they had made (under a username, they never disclosed their real name) about their work environment. The person did not mention the name or location of the company, or even the nature of their business. The person was let go in that meeting. No cause was given.
