I honestly can not remember a time I have put a new pickup in a guitar and had so much excitement. Clean tones: roll the Tone Control up to 9 or 10 and you have some sweet sparkle goodness. Stomp on your Overdrives (Lovepedal Eternity and a Lovekraft Chupacabra Rat) and roll the Tone Control down to around 6 and get some of the best Fat Rock N Roll tones from Keef to Gibbons. I did a gig on Friday night playing through my Blackface '64 Princeton Reverb and there was so much harmonic content and wonderful playing dynamics I played at the top of my game all night long - VERY INSPIRATIONAL.

I am really thinking now about swapping out the Abigail's in my Strat for the the Strat Super Sports.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Don Mare Super Sport Pickup. Seriously - I LOVE this pickup!

Peace,

James
Did you use the screws and rubber that came with? I noticed the screws are longer then the stock Tele...I didn't use them because I prefer slothead. Also how microphonic is it? I haven't played mine through my twin cranked yet but mine don't seem any more micro than my Fralin stock tele.
