Lynyrd Skynyrd- "turn it up" during the intro to 'Sweet Home Alabama'...i believe Ronnie Van Zant was asking for more volume in his headphones, and they decided to leave it on the recording.

Blues Brothers-"play it Steve" during "Soul Man" (Belushi to Steve Cropper)

The Beatles- during 'Revolution', John Lennon sings "don't you know that you can count me out", then quickly adds "in" (a little undecided i guess)

The Beatles- John utters an expletive at 2:57 into Hey Jude (you may need headphones to clearly hear this one)
