First impression: awesome. I need to do some more fiddling with pickup heights, and play them for a while to see what they'll do, but so far, I'm impressed. I love the bite the bridge pickup has, without being harsh or shrill. And the neck... wow.

I wired them to a 4-way switch, to run the pickups in series, and the jury is still out. I almost like it -- if it grows on me, I'll leave it that way, otherwise, I may swap in a 3-way switch.

Oh, these are the open-coil neck pickup models. Bruce said the covered neck pickup models won't be along for a bit yet.
