Regarding 0.011s, it hard to say what all he used for strings over time. My 0.011 piece of data was at a single point. He may have changed later. It just seemed to me like the 70s Roy sound, with regard to his pitch rate-of-change with the bends, came out more authentic when I tried to play that stuff with 0.011s. YMMV.
