I figured I'd make up the body. I made a hem/fir body blank, cut it to shape, and routed the outside edge. Then started laying out all the little pieces of wood for the top..
Here's the back of the body.. I'm really liking this lumber.
Once I had the sides glued up, I ran each side through the jointer, to get a nicer joint up the center.
Then started gluing everything up. Center piece first.
