Well folks, I'd like to thank the awesome jwells393 for helping me troubleshoot my scaling problem (as well as other issues). It appears the PDFs prior to revision D were not accurate when printed with no scaling. Somehow when I switched the PDF generator over from portrait to landscape at revision D, the scaling is now corrected.

I deleted the previous revisions on from my server. I don't know if any folks made templates from the PDFs, but I know several did from the AutoCAD DWG files (which were always accurate).

Here is the revision D PDF along with a link to the AutoCAD version 14 DXF file.
