You not kidding
As for the black line,it is 0.060x0.25 binding turned on edge.I cut it down with the bandsaw so it is easier to bend on the tight turns.Then I use my home made widowmaker slot cutter on the drillpress
It's just a washer that I cut teeth into with a dremel and then give it just enough set to cut the correct width of channel.You have to be careful not to go too deep or the nut kinda roughs up the body
