Telenerd; Sorry, no idea but there's gotta be someone out there who makes repro stuff. It seems you can get most everything else. I got my cloth from Ampwares, although if I remember correctly it took a long time to show up. They have a lot of repro stuff, but if they happen to have it for you, don't be in a huge rush to get it quickly.
