I really liked the few 08' American Standards I've played lately. I liked one a lot, it was gone when I went back.

I'm pushing $500.00 on my "quit smoking, buy a new guitar" fund. I'm either going 52 RI, 08' American Standard, or a Thinskin. So far.

Or Classic G&L, or..........

Actually, I'll probably end up with a Fender. When I find the one that speaks to me I'll pull the trigger, it's not a money thing at all, but little time to shop, and not many guitars around here. I have to travel to try em' out.

Anyhow, I really do like the 08' Standards.
