I've been busy with the headstock the last few days.
I spray on 3 coats of Deft gloss, let it sit for 12 hours and wet sand with 1000 grit paper on a rubber sanding block. I got the surface like a sheet of glass and gave her one more light spray and allowed her to dry overnight. This morning I cut out my custom made inkjet decals with my logo and applied them to the headstock.
The first photo is with natural light from the kitchen window and the second is with the shade drawn and a flash used to show the sparkles.
