Actually, Harrison's guitar was built in 1968 when Fender was making all their necks by routing the truss rod channel from the top and applying a separate finger board. The neck therefore didn't have a skunk stripe......... similar to the recent $4K Custom Shop models. Fender returned to making one piece necks in 1969 so some of the later all rosewood Telecasters did have the maple skunkstripe.
