If the transformers are OK it shouldn't be a very big deal anyway, just a new speaker, new tubes and perhaps new caps and you should be set!

I cant find a amp tech anywhere around . I do live about a hour from Nashville so I should be able to find someone there that can work on it. The amp is really really dirty and needs to be cleaned up. I will get some pics up ASAP. Thanks for all the replies. Also this is a very good/mature forum and thank you all. thats something hard to come by these days.
