Love my DRRI!!
Bought it used, and had to replace the reverb tank, 30 or so bucks later and I'm surfy as all get-out!
The only thing I've done to alter it from stock is to change tubes. I've got some JJ ecc83's and some NOS GE 12at7's int he preamp slots and JJ's for Power Tubes (although a set of RCA Blackplates just showed up for me to try tomorrow)
And yes, it handles pedals quite well.
It's a great amp that I have been looking for tone-wise for a long time.
