Hey sorryto hijackthe thread. So I have a matching set of an american tele and an american strat. The problem is the tele is a 2003 model and the strat is a 2005 model. Both have maple boards but the strat is quite a bit more pale. I'm guessin cause it's newer, so do you think I could let it kinda "sunbath" a little and get the finishes a little closer?
