Well, that's why I haven't been able to do it until giving myself a prize to look forward to. This way I can decide between a cheeseburger or getting my guitar.

Also, I've found that drinking lots of flavored water, powerade option (only 40 calories in a 32 oz. bottle) and Cherry Coke Zero are helping my to get over the sweet tooth. The diet soda still isn't good for me, but its better than junkfood and has less calories than coffee. Plus, the excess fluids keep me full. But, be prepared to be constantly in the bathroom.

BTW, down to 220. Was down to 217, but I pigged out on Easter. The first 10-15 pounds wasn't too tough, but each pound is getting harder and harder to lose. I'm just now starting to incorporate a little bit of exercise into my diet.
