I understand the premise of your Post...and really just don't know the answer, I don't feel they will get THAT much darker ?...One thing that I have gotten in trouble with before, around here...is that back in the Jurassic era, when the 50s stuff were New...they were never as Pale and White, as you see now on Squiers...MIM Standards, and American Series....not as tinted as the Classic series or 52AV are now....but more of a natural amber...and of course they weren't Satin, like the Modern Pale boys.
