The Civic's are great and they hold a lot, and I like the "Homer Simpson" styling of the Element. But this thing looks like you'd never bump your head, practically walk-in, and lower access than the full size van/truck/SUV.

This thing would have been great in my bike racing days. Personally I can't imagine myself in one today, but I'll play devil's advocate in this case, because I think Ford has really made an "out of the box" move by introducing this model in the U.S. market. Though I'll be surprised if they become anything other than fleet vehicles. American driver's are swayed far more by image and fashion, than any practicality.

Of course I haven't seen one in person but this photo, and this one, make it look like a small car with big cargo space. I guess everything is still relative.
