Hmm seems a little too good to be true, to me.
Editing individual frequencies has been possible for a long time, but the amount of harmonics and natural impurity of pitch of any recorded sound makes it near impossible to totally seperate individual notes.
As far as pitch shifting without stretching/shrinking goes, well most software has that capability already.
I'd have to try it out before I'll buy into it.
