It never ends either... our daughter is 21 and a Junior at Texas A&M. Phone rang at 3.36 am this morning. Daughter is in tears. Dad, me and my friends were horsing around and I tripped and broke my nose, I'm on the way to the Hospital right now.
It's Spring Break. She stayed at school to work. She's staying with her Sorority roommate at a friends house. Ok, so they were up late doing who knows what and bang she trips and falls on her face.
5 stitches, some bandages and who knows how many hundreds of dollars later and she calls again at 6 am. To tell us she has to see a nose specialist, too. The good news is she's OK!
Having kids is the best "mess" you'll ever have in your life and believe it or not all the trouble of pregnancy will be replaced by 10 times more trouble but 1000 times more joy.
