A very definite +1 on the Trademark 60 - I'm not familiar personally with the 30 but it's reportedly quite a different beastie. But the TM60 offers incredible versatility, high build quality and excellent backup from the makers.
You might also consider the Roland Blues Cube BC-60 1 x 12. No longer made but worth seeking out on the used market. It and the TM60 are often said to be the only two solid state amps worth mentioning in the same breath as tube amps in general.
Having said that, I own and love both the above but I'm also very impressed indeed with the newer Roland Cube 60. Does much, costs little.
