Serial number is on the bridge plate and the AV52 doesn't say "Made in USA" on it anywhere, so that's all normal.
Going by the pics if it's a fake it's a very good one, it looks right to me save for the replacement compensated saddles (not an unusual mod to make). The colour and finish look right and the bridge has a serial number stamped on it. They look like OV52 pups. Pickguard is correct as are all the slot-head screws. Tough to be totally sure without seeing it in the flesh but from the photos it looks like an AV52. A nice one too, not too pumpkin coloured. Why are you thinking fake or homebrew?
