I will be 63 next month and feel better than ever. Being retired may have something to do with that of course  but the secret for me is staying active mentally and physically both.

My wife and I are working on our back yard, and last summer I shoveled several truckloads of dirt. It didn't kill me, but I didn't feel any younger when I was done!
Can you even imagine what it would feel like to get back into your 18 year old body for a day?!
