I'm going to chime in here for a sec...
I don't post here too awful much, and as a bit more of an outsider let me tell you what I've seen here.

TRed is young and to-the-point. No harm, no foul. Just as older folks expect the young to be respectful of their viewpoints and the way they choose to communicate with each other, so should the young be afforded the same leniency.
Over the years, I have perused this board and seen a trend that at times has apalled me and at other times made me laugh. Now don't get me wrong... I like coming here or else i just wouldn't. But... to the point. There is alot of 'if you're not a codger like me, then you don't know squat' attitude around here, at times.
Personally, I like the mixture of the young and old around here, for certain reasons. I like to learn from those older than me... because chances are you're already tried some of the things I'm contemplating. Why not learn from any mistakes you may have made, or make things easier by taking your advice on short-cuts you have found? As far as the young (which being in my early 30's, I suppose I could be considered), why not appreciate the personality and cultural implications youth brings to the table, as well? A fine mixture of everything makes the world go around.

Anyway, I just realized I'm probably wasting my time typing all of this. But, I felt I needed to speak my peace, for some reason.

As far as buddywayne, I expected more from someone of your seasoning than the barrel-bottom 'you suck'. Sorry.
