I was asking about the American Deluxe in another thread. Well I went ahead and did it. I brought back the MIM std and walked out with a brand new, 3 color sunburst, maple neck, American Deluxe Telecaster. It is beautiful. There really is nothing wrong with the MIM std but this deluxe is just unreal. It may be the best looking guitar I have ever seen. The sound is just so smooth. What great tone!! I just love it. I dont think I have ever been this excited about a guitar purchase. Of course I cant find my camera but as soon as I do I will post some pics. Here is the link to Fender:
