Just checking in. I'm down five pounds and on the wagon for Lent. I've been walking, jogging and using my wife's elliptical machine. So far, so good. My blood pressure even dipped to 113/73 last week after walking around sunny Anaheim for a couple of days. One day back in the office and I was clocking 134/73 again. It's time to pick up the pace a bit.
