I have a lot of CD's. I just never got around to getting a turntable cause I thought they were just DJ models nowadays. The Technics SL BD20D I just got is a great turntable. It was on sale yesterday for $99.00 but then it went up in the afternoon so I dunno what's going on there. I'd still recommend it though. Just plug it in and play (you do need a phono input on your amp).
I wasn't sure how the turntable would sound with my Radio Shack receiver but it sounds pretty good. I did get a vintage Kenwood KA-7100 Integrated Amplifier that will be coming within the next week and it might be louder but the amp I have now sounds fine. I might just use the Kenwood for my turntable alone.
Yeah, I like the cover art and they have clear plastic sleeves you can put over the albums to preserve them. I want to find some Freddie, BB and Albert King albums next.
