So the block diagram is misleading then? It shows that the clean channel has 3 stages of 12ax7 gain, and the drive channel bypassing the EQ with only 1 stages of 12ax7 gain. How do the two channels sound? How does the TMB EQ work, both channels or just one? How about the reverb? It is SS driven isn't it?
This Laney amp is SO intriguing, I really would like to try playing through one. But for that kind of money I am also consdering the Seldon and Cornford.
England seems to be the Mecca for 5w amps these days. Excepting of coarse the champ and clones.
