I've been thinking a Weber Micro Mass might be well worth the investment.
Is this unit to be used with amps rated 15w or less? It may even come in handy with my some of my smaller amps . I'm also planning a 5E3 build which is said to be a pretty loud 12w. $70 seems pretty reasonable.
