!!!!! PROBLEM WITH BULLET STRATS !!!!!
The first Bullet I worked on was the burst, and after doing all the mods the setup was almost too easy with just bridge/saddle adjustments. I never even looked at the truss rod.
The 'burst Bullet found a new home while I awaited the white flavor to appear at my door step.
The 'burst Bullet seemed to have needed a truss rod tweaking, but it appeared the truss nut was either some weird metric size or it was stripped. So finally I got around to checking my white Bullet - yup, the nut barrel is basically round and can't be adjusted with a hex key. My Bullet also didn't need a rod tweak, but I was to move the nut enuf in both directions with a medium-small flat screwdriver.
Just received a pink Bullet and yup, rounded truss nut innards. This one also moved with screwdriver.
Ah me, it was almost too good to be true ....
