The BLT definitely sounds like that, but no control over delay time. If you want time control, the Dan-Echo is pretty good, despite the bad buffer.
But for JUST a slapback, vintagey sounding, the BLT really surprised me. It's no AD-999, but it's better than my SIB Echodrive at the vintagey thing.
