I was on another site that has videos, (betcha' can't guess which one, dyuk), anyway, I went to the site of a springer spaniel and left a comment about my dog who I had for 13 years. You know, usual stuff, how much I missed him, how hard it was to put him down, etc. Well, someone responded to the comment and it turned out to be a young kid who had just had to put his dog down two weeks ago. We have been exchanging stories, and it got me to thinking. Animals, domestic animals especially are such a big part of our lives when we let them in.
So what was your favorite pet that you have had during your life? My dog was a Springer Spaniel, black and white, trained to hunt pheasants and grouse, my wife and kids protector when I wasn't around and a very gentle soul. Great dog.
It's my contention that all of us have one animal in our lives that is exceptional, what do ya tink?
