This is going to be my main gigging amp. I don't want to wait until I'm in the middle of a set for the 30-year old tubes to fail and I'd like to preserve these original tubes if the day comes when I decide to sell it.
If I went with, say, some NOS RCA blackplates, how long do you think they might last with 4-6 hours per week of use at band volume?
