Here are your options:

1. Tune between songs annoying the audience and slowing down the pace of the show. Worst for the audience, cheapest for the guitarist.

2. Have a guitar tech tune another guitar offstage and switch guitars between songs. Better for the audience, very expensive for the guitarist.

3. Get the self-tuning guitar. Best for the audience, in the long run cheaper than a roadie.
The new VG Stratocaster can do several tunings without you touching the tuning keys. The day is coming soon when you won't need to tune your guitar at all. No the guitar won't adjust the strings to keep them in tune, it'll just pay attention to what you are doing on the strings and output the corresponding adjusted tones, ignoring the actual tuning of the strings. You'll just adjust the strings for the "feel" you like (loose or tight) and the guitar will output the correct(ed) tone.
