This is copied from another of my posts:

Measurements on my Nocaster neck (mine has a 9.5" radius, not a 7.5"):

at nut - 15/16" thick, 1 5/8 wide
at 6th fret same 15/16" thick, 1-13/16 wide
at 12th fret same 15/16" thick,1-31/32 wide

The Nocaster shape (on mine at least) in the lower part of the neck is "U" on the side closest to the ceiling (the side of the neck starts at a 90 degree angle to the fingerboard, starting to curve after 3/8" or so, and more "V" on the side closest to the floor up to the 6th or 7th fret. Above the 6th or 7th fret the shoulder on the side closest to the floor gradually tapers from the V to a C shape [no 90 degree section, the curved side of the neck goes all the way to the fingerboard] by the 12th fret , and the U shape on the ceiling side of the neck also tapers to a C by the 12th fret. From the 12th fret to the top the neck is a symmetrical C, though the front-to-back thickness of the neck is the same 15/16" throughout.
