In an attempt to straighten the pickguard, I clamped it between two pieces of plywood and put it in the oven at 115 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

I then took it out and let it cool down completely. It straightened it out pretty good but in places it has lost the gloss and has taken on the texture of the plywood. I should have used MDF.
